What should I get for a double bass pedal?
I want to learn to play double bass, and my friend has an Iron Cobra double bass pedal that’s really smooth. Pretty much double bass is the only technique I haven’t learned. I play pop rock. Should I invest in a good one now or buy a crappy one and then buy a good one once I’ve mastered it?

Invest in a Gibralter. They are not too expensive and are really really robust and easy to play. Then you have the DW which are 30% more and, slightly better but not worth the difference in price.
