Is it okay to stuff bell peppers with raw hamburger before cooking?
I haven’t made stuffed green peppers in so long and I can’t remember if I am supposed to cook the meat before stuffing and cooking the peppers. It seems like the meat would come out overcooked that way.
Yes, but don’t expect it to be done quickly. The beef will take a long time to cook though.
